These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of InnovNation.ai, including our website, SaaS platform, digital communities, AI tools, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using InnovNation.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Who Can Use the Platform

You may use InnovNation.ai if:

  • You are at least 16 years old, or using the Platform with appropriate consent from a parent, guardian, or institution;

  • You are an authorized user from one of our client organizations (universities, incubators, accelerators, governments, corporates, or innovation hubs);

  • You provide accurate, truthful information during account creation;

  • You are legally capable of entering into these Terms.

InnovNation.ai reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or revoke access for users who violate these Terms or who pose a security or compliance risk to the Platform.

2. Your Account and Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials confidential and secure;

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access;

  • Use only your real identity—no impersonation or fraudulent profiles;

  • Use the Platform only for lawful and permitted purposes;

  • Respect institutional access controls (RBAC) set by your organization or administrator.

You must not:

  • Share your account or give unauthorized users access;

  • Attempt to bypass security, access another user’s data, or probe system vulnerabilities;

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract content or code;

  • Upload harmful files, malware, or automated bots;

  • Interfere with platform performance, resources, or availability.

3. Platform Usage & Role-Based Access

The InnovNation.ai Platform includes modules such as:

  • Applications & Cohort Management

  • Events, Workshops & Community Tools

  • Ecosystem CRM & Partner Management

  • Mentoring & Expert Matching

  • Learning, Content & Resource Hubs

  • Digital Credentials & Certifications

  • Assessments, Surveys & Program Evaluation

  • Funding & Deal-Flow Pipeline Management

  • AI-Assisted Workflows & Recommendations

  • Dashboards & Analytics

Access to modules depends on your assigned role (e.g., Admin, Faculty, Founder, Mentor, Program Manager, Student) and your organization’s subscription plan.

Unauthorized access or attempts to bypass role permissions are strictly prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload or distribute unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content;

  • Post content violating intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations;

  • Use the Platform to spam, harass, threaten, impersonate, or deceive others;

  • Upload sensitive data unless required by your institution’s authorized usage;

  • Use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots without explicit written permission;

  • Interfere with the Platform’s performance, security, or infrastructure.

InnovNation.ai reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts that violate these terms or compromise user safety.

5. AI Features & Responsible Use

InnovNation.ai includes AI-powered features such as:

  • Smart matching (mentors, partners, experts, opportunities)

  • AI-assisted content creation for programs, reports, and learning modules

  • Automated insights, summaries, and recommendations

  • Ecosystem analytics

  • Document assistance and workflow automation

By using these features, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated outputs;

  • AI outputs are suggestions—not professional or legal advice;

  • You will not use AI tools to generate harmful, discriminatory, or fraudulent content;

  • You will not attempt to extract model weights, system prompts, or proprietary logic.

AI usage is subject to ongoing monitoring to ensure ethical and responsible use.

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform content—including design, branding, code, architecture, logos, text, AI prompts, templates, and proprietary processes—is owned by InnovNation.ai or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform;

  • Use InnovNation.ai content for commercial purposes without written consent;

  • Claim ownership over any Platform-generated templates or workflows.

User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload.

By submitting content, you grant InnovNation.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and use such content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform and delivering services.

You represent that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

7. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which explains:

  • What data we collect

  • How it is used

  • How it is stored

  • Your rights and choices

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability, Updates & Changes

We strive to ensure Platform uptime and availability but do not guarantee:

  • Continuous or error-free operation;

  • Uninterrupted access;

  • Compatibility with all devices, browsers, or networks.

We may, at any time:

  • Add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or modules;

  • Release new versions of the Platform;

  • Update these Terms.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

  • You breach these Terms;

  • You threaten the security, stability, or performance of the Platform;

  • You misuse AI tools;

  • You act unlawfully or inappropriately;

  • Required by law or by a client institution (for enterprise deployments).

Upon termination:

  • Your rights to access or use the Platform end;

  • Any licenses granted to you under these Terms are revoked;

  • Your organization may request data export or deletion as per our data retention policies.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

InnovNation.ai makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Accuracy of AI-generated outputs

  • Error-free operation

  • Continuous availability

  • Third-party tool reliability

Users are responsible for verifying recommendations and outputs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InnovNation.ai is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages;

  • Loss of data, profits, business, goodwill, or opportunities;

  • Platform outages, downtimes, delays, or technical issues;

  • Third-party actions, links, or integrations;

  • AI-generated inaccuracies.

Our total liability is limited to:

S$100 or the total amount paid to InnovNation.ai in the past 12 months—whichever is lower.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
